阐述了粉尘比电阻的定义,分析其主要影响因素,并重点介绍了燃煤电厂粉尘实验室比电阻和工况比电阻两种测试方法、测试标准,旨在探索一种科学合理的测试或计算粉尘比电阻的方法,可为电除尘器结构优化、性能提升及电除尘器对煤种的适应性研究提供数据支持。
This paper expounds the definition of dust specific resistance, analyzes the main influencing factors, and mainly introduces two kinds of test methods and test standards for the dust specific resistance in lab and in working condition. This research aims to explore a scientific and reasonable testing or calculation method of the dust resistivity, which provides data support for electrostatic precipitators in the structure optimization, performance improvement and the adaptability to coal types.
