摘要
四川广安电厂6号锅炉自投运以来,过热器及再热器减温水量一直处于偏大的状态。通过换热比例计算及燃烧调整,发现减温水量偏大是由于炉膛受热面设计偏小及燃烧不合理共同造成的,通过燃烧调整以后,锅炉的减温水量有一定下降。
Since the operation of Boiler 6 in Sichuan Guangan Power Plant, its superheater and reheater desuperheating water flow has been excessive. Through the heat transfer ratio calculation and combustion adjustment, it was found that the excessive desuperheating water flow is due to the inadequate furnace heating surface design and the unreasonable combustion. Through combustion adjustment, boiler desuperheating water flow has declined to some extent.
