摘要
介绍了某厂超超临界锅炉水冷壁的设计特点,由于水冷壁的壁温偏差大,造成炉膛下辐射区水冷壁部分区域形成大量横向裂纹和高温腐蚀,严重影响锅炉的安全稳定运行。通过试验研究,分析了水冷壁壁温偏差的影响因素,提出了可以有效控制水冷壁壁温偏差的治理措施,改善了水冷壁的运行状况。
This paper introduces the design characteristics of the ultra-supercritical boiler water wall in one power plant. Due to the large temperature deviation of the water wall, many transverse cracks and high temperature corrosion of the water wall occur in radiative zone below furnace, seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the boiler. Through test research, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of water wall temperature deviation, fierce, puts forward effective countermeasures against water wall temperature deviation, to improve the operation condition of the water wall.
