摘要
流动急速腐蚀通常情况下发生在90℃到230℃之间,但在更低的温度下也会出现流动加速腐蚀,虽然不普遍,但是低温情况下的管道壁面材料损耗现象也可能会导致发电机组停机,从而需要花费大量的维护费用。首先介绍核电站常规岛发生低温流动加速腐蚀的损坏情况,证实在50℃的凝结水中会出现流动加速腐蚀导致的破坏,进而对于如何预防以及监测低温流动加速腐蚀对管道的破坏提出建议。
Flow corrosion usually occurs quickly between 9022 to 23022, but also can accelerate under lower temperature. Although not common, but pipe wall material corrosion at low temperatures may result in generator unit outage, which needs to spend a lot of maintenance costs. This paper firstly introduces flow accelerated corrosion damage in conventional island of nuclear power plant, and confirms that flow accelerated corrosion can cause damage in 5022 condensation water, then it proposes some suggetsions on how to prevent and monitor the pipe damage of flow accelerated corrosion at low temperature.
