摘要 近年来,多项研究表明HIV与骨质疏松之间的关系密切,而骨质疏松是HIV患者严重且易被忽视的严重并发症之一,但其可能的发病机制尚未完全明确,HIV感染、抗病毒药物和免疫系统紊乱等可能是其影响因素,目前对于其治疗也处于争议。本文就此内容作一综述。 Epidemiological studies have reported that patients with HIV were at increased risk of developing disorder in osteoporosis in recent years. Osteoporosis was one of the serious complications which may be neglected. However the speciifc mechanism remained unclear. Effect of HIV infection, antiviral drugs and immune system disorder maybe the possible causes. The treatment is controversial. This paper was to review the basic and clinical aspects about advances of the bone disease related to HIV.
