摘要
目的:通过临床观察,研究综合性护理干预对门诊糖尿病患者遵医行为效果的影响作用。方法:随机选取某社区医院2010年1月-2014年12月90例门诊糖尿病患者,对其日常生活中遵医行为进行随访调查,以调查问卷的形式收集结果,找出综合性护理干预影响他们遵医行为的佐证、分析原因,得出有效结论。结果:综合护理干预前后,患者的遵医行为比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预的目的是敦促、影响患者在疾病护理、恢复阶段的思想和行为变化,提高遵医行为,有效保护患者的正常生活环境,扩大医疗服务的深远影响,其发展意义与作用巨大。
Objective：To observe effect of according to the medical behavior of comprehensive nursing intervention on outpatient diabetes patients. Method：90 outpatient diabetes patients were randomly selected in a community hospital from January 2010 to December 2014,the follow-up investigation was taken according to the medical behavior in daily life,in the form of questionnaire to collect the results,find out the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention,analyze the reason of evidence that they follow the medical behavior,to draw valid conclusions.Result：Before and after the comprehensive nursing intervention,the medical behavior had statistical significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The purpose of nursing intervention is changing of thoughts and actions by urging,affecting patients in disease nursing and the the recovery phase,improvement of the medical behavior can effectively protect the patient＇s normal life environment,expand the profound influence of the medical service,it is significance and role.
