摘要
本文结合产前筛查技术的发展历程、目前高通量测序技术主流平台间的比较、无创产前检测胎儿非整倍体技术的优势与局限性等方面,讨论无创产前检测胎儿非整倍体技术当前的现状与及面临的挑战。
In this essay, we aimed to explore the current status and challenges of fetal aneuploidy technology by non-invasive prenatal testing through reviewing the development course, comparing the different mainstream platforms about high-throughput sequencing technology, and contrasting their advantages and limitations.
