探讨运用办公自动化(office automation,OA)系统便捷地开展临床实验室全方位事务性无纸化管理工作的价值。我院实验中心将OA系统全面用于实验室行政办公、成本核算、绩效考核、人员管理等事务性工作后,通过所有管理体系文件、大部分记录等电子化、无纸化运作,全面提高了科室行政,办公和检验质量管理工作效率,完善了实验室信息系统建设,实现了科室工作自动化、无纸化、网络化管理,也规范和便于运用国际标准化组织(International Standards Organization,ISO)15189体系管理开展实验室管理工作。

To inquire into the value of office automation system （OA） on clinical laboratory comprehensive transactional paperless management work of application. With the wide application of OA systems in administrative office, cost accounting, performance evaluation, personnel management and all management system documents, the efficiency of the department＇s work was improved comprehensively and the construction of the laboratory information system was further consummated via electronic paperless workflow. OA system application in clinical laboratory for improving the detection quality and efficiency, to achieve paperless and network management, and standardize and facilitate the International Standards Organization （ISO）15189 system management, has the vital significance.
