摘要
结直肠癌的发生发展受多种因子的调控,对相关调控因素的研究引起学术界的广泛关注。胸苷酸合酶(TS)与结直肠癌的易感性、临床病理特征、化疗效果及预后等均关系密切,本文就结直肠癌组织中TS表达及临床意义的研究进展作一综述。
The occurrence and development of colorectal cancer is regulated by a variety of related factors. The study of some regulatory factors has aroused extensive concern in academic circles. Recent studies have shown that thymidylate synthase（TS） is closely related with the susceptivity, clinicopathological features, chemotherapy and prognosis of colorectal cancer. In this review, we mainly discussed the expression and clinical significance of TS in colorectal cancer.
