王云启教授运用健脾法治疗恶性肿瘤的临床经验浅析

A Brief Analysis on the Clinical Experience of Invigorating Spleen in the Treatment of Malignant Tumors

脾气虚在肿瘤的发病过程中发挥重要的作用,健脾法是中医治疗大法之一,健脾中药可较好地改善患者机体的免疫力,并且能有效改善患者的生存质量,目前在临床上已被广泛运用于恶性肿瘤的防治。现代药理学也证明多种健脾中药所含的成分可以抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、增强机体对肿瘤的免疫力。王云启教授从事中西医结合肿瘤临床治疗近30年,通过总结前人经验,结合最新研究进展,不断思考研究探索,将健脾法运用于恶性肿瘤的治疗,取得了确切的疗效。本文就王云启教授常用的健脾用药进行总结,并将健脾法运用于肿瘤治疗进行了综述。

Spleen deficiency plays an important role in the development of tumor. Invigorating spleen has been widely used in clinical prevention and cure of malignant tumor, since it is one of the TCM treatments and the traditional Chinese medicine for spleen can better improve the immunity function and effectively improve the quality of life of patients. Besides, modern pharmacology also proved that a variety of spleen-tonifying medicine contained ingredients which can inhibit tumor cell proliferation and as well enhance patients＇ immunity against tumor. Professor Wang Yunqi has engaged nearly 30 years in tumor treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. By summing up predecessors＇ experience, integrating the latest research findings, constantly thinking and researching, he finally achieved the exact curative effect on malignant tumor with his spleen-invigorating method. In this paper, we made a summary of the commonly used spleen drugs and the spleen-invigorating method. he used in the treatment of tumor.
