职业教育"行企校"一体化办学模式的实质是建立职业院校与行业、企业的良性沟通机制,实现区域教育资源与产业企业资源的共享和互补,以达到校企双赢目的。渤海船舶职业学院在国家骨干高职院项目建设过程中,健全校企合作制度,与政府、行业企业共同建设、实施"行企校"三方联动的一体化办学模式,取得了显著成效。

The essence of integration mode of ＂ industry-enterprise-college jointing＂ is building the healthy communication mechanism among colleges, industries and enterprises, realizing the sharing and complementary between regional education resource and enterprise resource so as to reach enterprise-college win-win. In the national backbone college building, Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College perfected enterprise-college cooperation system, jointly built and implemented integration mode of ＂ industry-enterprisecollege jointing＂, achieved demonstrable results.
