职业教育产学结合人才培养模式研究

Research on Production and Learning Combination Talent Training Mode in Vocational Education

职业教育的特色和优势在于职业教育培养的是工作在生产、服务、管理一线的技能型、应用型人才,因此,我国职业教育必然要走产学结合之路。分析职业教育产学结合人才培养模式的必要性,通过和国外产学结合人才培养模式的对比及对现行产学结合模式存在问题的分析,提出我国加强产学结合培养模式的对策,为推动职业院校产学结合办学模式发展提供支持,为加快社会经济发展提供优质的人力资源支撑。

The characteristics and advantages of vocational education lie in its skilled and applied talent cultivation for production, service and management, therefore, our country’s vocational education should take the talent training mode of production and learning combination. The researchers analyze the necessity of this mode, put forwards the countermeasure research of strengthening production and learning combination mode through comparison with it in foreign country and analyzing our country’s existing problems, to provide support for the development of vocational college production and learning combination mode and offer high-quality human resource support for speeding up social economic development.
