高职船舶专业英语教学研究与实践——以渤海船舶职业学院为例

The Research and Practice on Higher Vocational Shipbuilding ESP Teaching

针对当前高职院校专业英语教学存在的问题,以渤海船舶职业学院船舶专业英语教学为例,从教材改革、师资培养及教学模式转变等几个方面提出了改进的意见与建议。高职学生通过专业英语课程的学习,可以获取本专业所需要的信息,把握国外同一专业发展脉络和趋势,为参与国际市场竞争和国际交流奠定基础。同时明确了今后高职院校专业英语教学努力的方向,为适应社会经济发展寻找出了一条新路。

In view of the problems existing in higher vocational ESP teaching, taking shipbuilding ESP teaching in Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College as an example, the researcher proposes improving suggestions in the aspects of teaching material reform, teacher training and teaching model transformation. Through learning this course, college students can get the information required by their profession, grasp the development trend of the same profession in the world, and lay the foundation for the participation in the international market competition and international exchange. Based on the sharing of research and practice results, higher vocational college finds out the effort direction in higher vocational college, and a new way to adapt to social and economic development.
