基于耦合模型下的科技创新与区域经济协调发展研究

Research of Coordinated Development between Technological Innovation and Regional Economy Based on the Coupling Model

以安徽省为例,探索了科技创新与区域经济之间的互动关系,并通过构建耦合度以及耦合协调度模型,同时计算科技创新与经济发展综合评价指标,对安徽省2004-2013年两个系统间的耦合关系进行了分析。结果表明:在十年里,安徽省科技创新与经济发展由颉颃走向良性耦合阶段,耦合协调度由低度失调转变为低度协调。根据计算结果以及分析,最后提出了实现科技创新与区域经济良性耦合的若干建议。

Taking Anhui province for example,it explored the interaction between technological innovation and regional economy in this paper. By constructing the coupling and coupling coordination degree model and calculating a comprehensive evaluation of the technological innovation and economic development,the coupling relationship was analyzed from 2004 to 2013. The results showed that Anhui science and technology innovation and economic development became from valerian dense to benign coupling phase in the decade,coupling coordination degree offset by the low degree of coordination into four grades lower. According to results of the calculation and analysis,it finally put forward a number of recommendations to achieve good coupling of technological innovation and regional economy.
