静脉窦血栓形成合并空蝶鞍综合征三例

摘要 例1 女,40岁,无诱因出现持续性头痛伴视物不清6个月,于2002年2月4日以“颅高压综合征”收住院.既往无高血压、糖尿病等慢性病史.查体及辅助检查：BP 110/80mmHg（1 mmHg =0.133 kPa）,眼底：双侧视乳头边界不清,双眼视力均为0.3（校正无提高）,心肺（-）,神经系统检查未见异常.血常规、尿常规、大便常规、血浆同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白及生化全套检查均正常.血清催乳素93.94ng/L升高.脑脊液检查：测压力冒管,外观清,潘氏试验（-）,细胞总数10×106/L.体感诱发电位及视觉诱发电位均示正常.头颅CT示大脑后纵裂高密度影,间隙增宽.
