蚌埠市网络信息安全保护制度构建的借鉴与研究

Experience Study on Protection System Construction of Network Information Security in Bengbu City

以网络信息安全管理为研究视角,对美国、俄罗斯和我国上海的网络信息安全管理经验进行介绍和分析,指出蚌埠市的网络信息安全管理应当借鉴美国、俄罗斯和我国上海等地的先进经验,结合蚌埠市的地方特点,重构网络信息安全管理制度,提高蚌埠市的网络信息安全管理水平。

Based on the network information security management as the research angle of view,the United States,Russia and Shanghai network information security management experience were introduced and analyzed in this paper. Bengbu network information security management should draw lessons from the United States,Russia and Shanghai advanced experience,combined with the local characteristics of Bengbu,it should be reconstructed of Bengbu network information security management system and the network information safety management level must be improved of Bengbu.
