摘要
在前期研究的基础上,进一步对冷凝温度进行了理论分析与计算,并自行设计制造了适合工业生产的金属钙真空蒸馏提纯装置。对不同装置材质的试验研究表明,在304系列不锈钢罐体内壁镀铬后,可以有效地降低装置材质对金属钙提纯效果的影响。结合前期研究结果,经一步蒸馏试验,即获得了纯度高达99.99%、活性钙含量高达99.5%,且气体含量较低(C<0.002%,N<0.002%,O=0.012%)的高纯金属钙。
In this paper, the condensing temperature was calculated in details. The distillation device suitable for industrial production was designed and fabricated by ourselves. The influence of the device material on purifica- tion of calcium by vacuum distillation was studied. The results showed that, it was effective to prevent the products from being polluted by the materials of the distillation apparatus through electroplating chromium on the inner wall of the device. And, on the basis of the previous study, after one-step distillation, the calcium content could be a- bout 99.99%, the actively calcium content could reach 99.50%, and the impurities gases contents of the product were as followed : C and N content both lower than 0. 002% , and O content 0. 012%.
