摘要
针对高浓度硝酸-硝酸铜体系,采用LIX984两段萃取回收铜。对影响萃取的主要因素进行优化试验,得出的一次萃取最佳试验条件为:水相初始p H值为2.0、萃取剂体积浓度为30%、油液相比(O/A)为2∶1、萃取温度为25℃、萃取时间为4 min;二次萃取最佳试验条件为:水相初始p H值为2.0、萃取剂体积浓度为10%、相比为1∶1、萃取温度为25℃、萃取时间为2 min,铜的总回收率达到99.5%。该工艺相比于硝酸铜电积、沉淀法和置换法,有流程简单、成本低、铜回收率高且无二次污染等优点。
In view of the high acid HNO3-Cu( NO3 )2 system, this paper adopts the way of two stage extraction to recover copper by LIX984. Through the study of the optimization of the main factors influencing the extraction, the optimum experiment conditions are obtained : for the first stage of the extraction the initial pH value of the aque- ous phase is 2.0, the volume concentration of extractant 30% , the phase ratio 2: 1, the extraction temperature 25 ~ and the time of agitating 4 min; for the second stage of the extraction the initial pH value of the aqueous phase is 2.0, the volume concentration of extractant 10% , the phase ratio 1: 1, the extraction temperature 25 ~C and the time of agitating 2 rain. At this time, the total recovery rate of copper reached 99.5%. Compared with cop- per nitrate electrodeposition, precipitation and displacement methods, this technology has advantages of simple process, low cost , high copper recovery and no secondary pollution,etc
