摘要
探究苯酚与乙醇烷基化过程中不同催化剂、反应温度、溶剂及乙醇用量对反应结果的影响,用气相色谱仪对产物进行分析,得出苯酚的转化率和各产物的选择性。最佳烷基化反应条件为常压、250℃、无溶剂存在条件下,10%PW/SiO2为催化剂,苯酚和乙醇的投料比为2∶1时,苯酚的转化率最高,且得到邻乙基苯酚和对乙基苯酚的选择性最高。
This essay mainly researches effects of the different catalyst, reaction temperature, quantity of solvent and ethanol on results of reaction between phenol and ethanol. By analyzing the product using gas chromatograph, it obtains the conversion rates of phenol and the selective of products. Through analyzing, the best reaction condition of the alkylation reaction is atmos- pheric pressure, 250 ℃, without solvent, 10%PW/SiO2 catalyst, ratio of phenol and ethanol with 2 : 1. The highest conversion rate of phenol is got. And the selectivity of ortho ethyl phenol and ethyl phenol is highest.
