煤泥水混凝药剂研究现状

煤泥水处理和煤炭的洗选加工密切相关,随着对选煤产品的要求愈加严格、选煤工艺的愈加复杂、选煤厂的大型化愈加明显,以及水资源的愈加珍贵和环境保护标准的愈加苛刻,煤泥水处理已经变成了整个选煤工艺中涉及面最广、投资最大、最复杂、最难管理的工艺环节。本文主要分析国内外煤泥水处理的主要研究方向和高效煤泥水处理药剂的最新研究进展,在生产实践和实验室试验的基础上,介绍了国内选煤厂常用的几种煤泥水处理药剂,并对煤泥水处理药剂的作用机理、分类和合理选择进行了综述。为国内选煤厂的发展提供了可靠的保障,具有巨大的经济和社会效益。

The coal slime water treatment is closely related to coal washing and processing. As the requirement of coal products becomes more and more strict, coal preparation process becomes increasingly complex, the enlargement of coal preparation plant becomes manifested, and water resources gets precious and environmental protection standards are increasingly deman- ding, the slime water treatment has become the most wide range of aspects with largest investment and most complex and most difficult management process in coal preparation process. This paper mainly analyzes the main research direction of slime water treatment at home and abroad and efficient latest progress of slime water treatment agent. On the basis of production practice and the laboratory test,several kinds of slime water treatment agent that commonly used in domestic coal preparation plant are introduced, and the effect mechanism of slime water treatment agent, classification and reasonable selection are reviewed, pro- viding reliable guarantee for the development of domestic coal preparation plant with great economic and social benefits.
