生防细菌多粘类芽孢杆菌多糖研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 归纳了近年来多粘类芽孢杆菌多糖在农业、医药、环境、食品以及矿物加工等多方面的应用,总结了该类多糖在发酵、提取分离、结构鉴定、理化性质和生物毒性方面的研究状况,指出该类多糖在生物防治作用机理研究中存在的不足。 This paper summarizes the recent-year application of Paenibacillus polymyxa polysaccharide in such fields as agricuhure, medicine, environment, food and mineral processing and the present situation of the polysaecharide research in terms of fermentation, extraction, structural identification, physical and chemical prop- erties and biological toxicity, and also points out that there is a deficiency of research on the polysaecharide' s biological control mechanism.
