摘要 建立有限元前处理网格模型,定义模型边界、加载载荷等。建立Boost热力学模型,为CFD进行燃烧分析提供流量及压力边界。通过CFD计算水套的温度、燃烧式的气体温度及热交换系数,为缸体、缸套、缸盖等提供温度场映射边界条件。使用Abaqus计算零件的温度场和螺栓预紧力、爆发压力工况,进行无温度加载和热固耦合计算。 The establishment of finite element pre-processing mesh model, definition of boundary and load etc o Building Boost thermodynamic model for CFD combustion analysis providing flow and pressure boundaryo Providing the boundary condi- tions of temperaturemappingfor cylinder, cylinder liner, cylinder head etc through the CFD jacket temperature, combustion gastemperature and heat exchange coefficient calculation~ Using Abaqus software to calculate the temperature field of the parts and the preload, burst pressure conditions,calculating without temperature and thermo-solid coupling.
