摘要
在各类工程中管道立管支架都十分常见,然而针对这一类型管道支架的计算方法和计算模型却没有统一的标准,这会对管道本身的安全性产生较大的隐患,本文应用有限元理论及其软件,对不同尺寸的支架结构进行分析,得出不同长细比对应选取有限元模型的规律,为后续的立管支架设计的计算提供一定参考。
The vertical pipeline's support is very common in all kinds of engineering, but there is no unified computing standards for this support's calculation method and calculation model, that will lead a large security risk for pipeline, this article uses the finite element theory and software to analyze the support structure with different sizes, and then finds the laws between slenderness ratio and finite element calculation model, finally provides a reference for the design of vertical pipeline support.
