摘要
在石油钻机的设计过程中,焊接是最常用的连接方式,也是钻机中易破坏的部位,因此焊缝的强度计算越来越受到工程师们的重视。选取国内生产的9 000 m石油钻机底座后腿跟底座顶层连接处的耳座作为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对耳座及焊缝单独做实体建模。划分完网格后首先计算了耳板连接处的焊缝在静态载荷作用下的强度。然后设定焊接材料的S-N曲线,计算分析焊缝的疲劳强度。
In the designing process of oil rig, welding is commonly used, yet the site of welding is easily to be damaged , so the strength of welding has become more and more important. This paper selects the connecting ear base between the base legs and the top of oil rig of 9000 meters which producted by domestic company as the research object, and makes the solid model ing to the ear base and groove weld through using the ANSYS Workbench software. After the mesh generation, strength of the groove weld at the joint of ear plate is calculated. Then, using the S-N curve of the welding material, the fatigue strength of the weld is calculated.
