摘要
为研究三种立式搅拌装置在强制式混凝土搅拌主机上应用的效果,仅以单立轴混凝土搅拌机为例,利用三维建模软件建立相应搅拌装置的三维模型,并利用离散元软件EDEM对不同搅拌装置的物料搅拌过程进行模拟仿真,并结合相关试验研究,结果发现叶片与螺带混合型搅拌装置的物料搅拌效果最具优势。该分析结果为以后立式混凝土搅拌机搅拌装置的结构设计有一定的参考意义。
In order to find the effect of the mixed type of blade in application of forced vertical concrete mixer, this paper builds the three-dimensional entity model of each kind of mixer by the three-dimensional modeling software PROE which can be simulated for the material flowing process by the discrete element analysis software EDEM, and the research is carried on with many experiments. The results find that the mixed blade is the best one among the three kinds of mixer. It can be used as a reference and a basis for the future design of forced vertical concrete mixer.
