某型特种车悬架系统转向轴有限元分析

摘要 介绍了某型特种车悬架系统工况分析及计算过程,利用UG软件建立悬架系统三维模型,通过ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行有限元分析,并将其分析结果作为该特种车悬架系统优化设计的理论依据。 In this paper, performance analysis and calculation process of the suspension system in a certain type special vehi- cle are introduced, and the three-dimensional model of the suspension system is established by using the UG software, then its finite element analysis is conducted through the ANSYS Workbench software, finally the analysis results work as the theory basis for optimization design on the special vehicle suspension system.
