摘要
地铁车的座椅与侧墙之间的连接需要一个连接梁,此连接梁为铝合金型材(6063-T5),座椅与连接梁之间通过T型螺栓连接,列车运行过程中连接梁在T型螺栓的拉力作用下连接梁的C型槽发生凸起的塑性变形现象,为了分析此连接梁发生塑性变形的原因,以及在既有材料基础上获得优化改进方案,对座椅机构进行有限元分析,由计算结果得知,约束不足以及T型螺栓的尺寸选择偏小,是导致C型槽产生塑性变形的主要原因,通过增加约束和增大T型螺栓的宽度达到了对座椅连接梁改进的目的。

In the process of train operation, the C-shaped slot of connecting beam is raised plastic deformation phenomenon under the pull force of the T- bolt. In order to analyze the causes of such plastic deformation, finite element analysis of the seat mechanism is carried out with optinfization and improvement program on the basis of existing materials, The calculation results indicate that the leading causes nf plastic deformation of the C-shaped slot are insufficient constraint and small size selection of the T-boh, and then the purpose of improving the seat connection beam could be achieved by increasing the constraint and the width of the T-boh.
