摘要
针对某汽车离合器执行机构中齿轮齿条正常工况下的应力分布不均以及疲劳破坏等现象,联合应用RecurDyn多体动力学软件和FEMFAT疲劳寿命分析软件进行仿真分析,获得了齿轮齿条的应力集中分布和疲劳寿命结果。研究结果表明:疲劳破坏位置主要分布在齿轮齿条的应力集中现象严重的区域。
In view of the problems such as uneven stress distribution on the gear and rack of a vehicle clutch actuator when it works normally, and the fatigue rupture and so on, the gear and the rack was simulated by the muhi-body dynamics software RecurDyn and the fatigue life prediction software FEMFAT, and the stress concentration and fatigue life of them are then acquired. The study indicates that the fatigue rupture position is distributed in the stress concentration area.
