摘要
采用弯矩分配法,对某公司年产10万吨,规格为4.8×110 m支撑镍铁回转窑进行筒体强度及各档支反力进行分析计算,检验了筒体强度是否满足要求,并为土建设计及支撑、传动等其他部分的设计提供了可靠的载荷数据。
In this article, the reaction and the bending stress of rotary kiln are analyzed and calculated with the method of moment distribution method, which have checked up whether the strength can meet the design requirements or not, and provided exact data for the design of the other parts of rotary kiln.
