摘要
针对传统抽油机平衡装置效果不好的问题,设计了抽油机智能平衡调节装置,在游梁式抽油机不同生产工况条件下,通过应用调节装置实时调整平衡块位置,达到最佳平衡效果。重点介绍了该装置的具体结构,由电机、联轴器、丝杠、平衡块、导杆等组成,并对主要零部件进行了设计计算,通过计算表明该装置可以满足使用要求。
Aiming at the problem of bad effect of the balancing device in traditional pumping units, the intelligent balance ad- justment device is designed in this article. In beam pumping unit, the counterweight position is real-time adjusted by adjusting device according to different working conditions, so that the best balancing effect could be realized. The whole structure of the device is introduced emphatically, which includes the motor, coupling, ball screw, counterweight, guide bar and other components. Finally, the main parts of the device are calculated and the results show that it can satisfy the operating requirements.
