摘要
结合国内最大的55 MN正向铜挤压机配套的感应加热炉,在挤制白铜、紫铜时铜锭加热系统的分析计算,对加热炉进行改造,在提高生产效率,节能降耗,降本增效方面取得了很好的效果。
In this paper, the induction heating furnace of the 55MN direct extrusion press is presented, the analysis and cal- culation on the heating system when extruding the cupronickel alloys and the red copper pipes are conducted. The transformation of heating furnace is then carried on to improve the production efficiency, save energy, reduce consumption and increase benefit; finally the results show that it achieves very good results.
