摘要
介绍了LB15数控机床伺服驱动模块的工作原理,以及运用互换法进行故障维修的方法。该方法能够快速准确的判定故障点,对于数控机床的故障的判定和维修具有一定的参考价值。
This paper mainly introduces the working principle of LB15 CNC servo-driven module and some failure maintenance methods for the servo-driven module with the swap method. This method earl determine the fault points quickly and accurately, and it has some reference value for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of numerical control machine tools.
