摘要
通过对在役的海洋修井机辅助刹车操作方式现状的分析,找到了辅助刹车密封和摩擦片频繁损坏的根源,提出了经济实用的技术改造方案,在辅助刹车系统与循环水泵之间建立了一种自触发的联动机构,完成了设计与改造。通过现场试验与使用表明,改造后的修井机辅助刹车系统性能良好,完全能满足现场所有修井工况的要求。
Through analysis on the present situation of auxiliary brake operating mode of the in-service marine workover rig, frequent damage causes of the auxiliary brake seal and the friction plate are found, the comprehensive eeonomie and practical teehnieal transformation scheme is then put forward, and the design and transformation are finally completed by setting up a kind of serf-triggering linkage between the auxiliary braking system and the circulating water pump. The field tests show that the improved auxiliary braking system of the workover rig is good in performance, and could meet all the actual application requirements of the marine workover rig working condition.
