云南高原特色农业装备技术创新及产业发展探讨

Discussion on Technical Innovation and Industrial Development of Plateau Characteristic Agricultural Equipment in Yunnan Province

加快高原特色农业发展是云南省委、省政府在新时期为推进云南省现代农业发展,促进农业增效、农民增收的一项重大决策。本文分析了云南省高原特色农业装备发展的现状,指出了存在问题,提出了构建云南高原特色农业装备技术创新体系、组建产业创新联盟、不断提高农业装备制造业水平、加快建立新型现代农业装备社会化服务体系的建议。

To speed up the plateau characteristic agriculture development is a great decision of Yunnan provincial party com- mittee, the provincial government in the new era to promote modem agriculture development, to promote agricultural efficiency and increase the income of farmers in Yunnan province. The development status of the plateau characteristic agriculture equipments in Yunnan province are analyzed in this paper, the existing problems are pointed out, and the suggestions such as con- structing the innovation system of plateau characteristic agriculture equipments technology in Yunnan, establishing the industrial innovation alliance, constantly improving the level of agricultural equipment manufacturing industry, and accelerating the establishment of a new type of modem agriculture machinery socialization service system are finally put forward.
