应用鸡尾酒双染法提高Ki-67标记指数准确性的研究

The value of using cocktail double staining for improving accuracy of the counting of Ki-67

目的:探讨应用鸡尾酒双染法双标Ki-67和LCA(白细胞共同抗原,leukocyte common antigen,CD45)以提高脑膜瘤中Ki-67标记指数准确性的研究。方法收集郑州大学第一附属医院病理科2014年1月-2014年9月确诊的良性脑膜瘤组织标本29例。每例组织分别进行LCA/Ki-67鸡尾酒双染,并同时做Ki-67和LCA两种抗体的单染。显微镜下得出Ki-67标记指数,并进行统计学分析。结果单染组Ki-67标记指数平均值高于鸡尾酒双染组的Ki-67标记指数,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论应用LCA和Ki-67鸡尾酒双染法是提高脑膜瘤中肿瘤标记Ki-67计数准确性的有效方法,具备一定的临床推广价值。

Objective： Investigate the use of LCA/Ki--67 cocktail double staining to improve accuracy of the counting of Ki--67 in meningeoma. Methods.. A total o{ 29 cases diagnosed with meningeoma was collected in the pathology department of the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2014 to September 2014. Evey case was stained with the antibody LCA and Ki-67 by cocktail double immunostains, and then the immunohistochemical （IHC） for Ki-67＇s single chromosome and LCA＇s single chromosome were used. Results~ Expression of Ki-67 was significantly higher in IHC group than that in cocktail double immunostains group （p〈0.05）. Oonclusion.. The cocktail double staining can improve the accurate counting of Ki--67LI,therefore it has certain clinical value.
