武警方舱医院核生化医疗救援装备模块化配置研究

目的:构建完整的核生化医学救援装备体系,形成功能完备、系统配套的核生化应急救援装置,使武警方舱医院具备核生化救治能力。方法:以能够有效协同专业核生化队伍,完成一级救治、二级救治和医疗后送任务,确保伤病员和救援队员安全为原则,以配置小型化、便携化、集成化装备为手段进行建设。结果:武警方舱医院配置核生化救治模块装备能够满足执行多样化任务,对武警部队处置核生化事件医疗救援任务的装备配置具有指导意义。结论:武警方舱医院核生化医疗救援装备模块化配置应该注重装备模块化使用规范救治流程,加强核生化医学救治与卫生防护培训,提高与专业队伍协同训练及救援能力。

Objective To construct a complete NBC medical rescue equipment system to gift CAPF＇s shelter hospital with NBC treatment capability. Methods The principles were proposed to coordinate professional NBC units, to execute the first- grade and second-grade treatement as well as medical evacuaton, and to keep the casualty and rescueman in safety. The e- quipment tended to be minitured, portable and integrated. Results The modular NBC medical rescue equipment in CAPF＇s shelter hospital could meet the requirements of multi missions. Conclusion Modular allocation of NBC medical rescue e- quipment in CAPF＇s shelter hospital has to involve in standardized treatment flow, training of NBC medical treatment and protection as well as coordinated exercise with professional units.
