摘要
目的:研制一种用于医用高压氧舱内的持续负压吸引装置,并观察其临床应用效果。方法 :利用智能数字电接点压力表、分步直动式电磁阀2种装置,整合医用高压氧舱医院中心负压和舱内外压差吸引2种负压途径,并通过氧舱计算机控制系统实现自动切换,为高压氧治疗的不同阶段提供持续的负压。结果:该装置可在1.7~2.5 ATA(1 ATA=0.1 MPa)的使用环境下成功保障危重患者的治疗,且安全无故障。结论 :该装置运行稳定、安全,维护方便,为安全治疗和高效吸氧提供了保障,适合在老舱改造及新舱设计中推广应用。
Objective To develop a constant negative pressure suction apparatus used in medical hyperbaric oxygen cham- ber and observe its clinical application effect.Methods The apparatus involved in an intelligent digital electric joint pres- sure meter, sub-step direct action magnetic valve, two kinds of negative pressure generation ways of hospital central nega- tive pressure and differential pressure inside and outside the chamber, and auto switch by computer control system in the oxygen chamber to provide continuous negative pressure at all stages. Results The apparatus could be used in the treatment of the severe patients in the environment condition of 1.7 to 2.5 ATA(1 ATA=0.1 MPa). Conclusion The apparatus has high stability, safety and easy maintenance, and can be applied in the modification of the old oxygen chamber and the design of new ones.
