摘要
目的:针对目前制瓶机控制系统存在的问题与不足,设计一种新型行列式医用制瓶机软件控制系统。方法 :在前期硬件系统研发的基础上,重点对控制系统中的电子配时和同步控制进行软件设计。控制系统由上位机装置、同步控制板、电子定时控制板、变频器单元等组成;集成开发环境为MPLAB IDE调试软件(使用v7.51以上版本),编译软件选用C30编译器,在线调试器选用Pro ICD2。结果:该系统已成功运用于工业过程控制中,显著提高了工作效率。结论:该系统配置合理、操作简单、运行可靠、成本低廉,具有广阔的市场前景和良好的经济效益。
Objective To design a software control system for the paratactic bottle forming machine. Methods Software de- sign was performed for electronic timing and synchronized control based on hardware system development. The software control system was composed of the upper machine, synchronization control board, electronic timing control board, frequen- cy conversion unit and etc, which involved in MPLAB IDE development environment, C30 compiler and ProlCD2 in-circuit debugger. Results The system was applied in the industrial process control and enhanced the efficiency greatly. Conclusion The system has easy operation, high reliability and low cost, and thus has high economic benefits.
