VATS配合NUSS术治疗先天性漏斗胸的近期疗效研究

Recent curative effects of VATS combing with NUSS on congenital pectus excavatum

目的:探讨电视辅助胸腔镜手术(VATS)联合漏斗胸微创矫正术(NUSS)治疗先天性漏斗胸的近期疗效及术后并发症的发生情况。方法:选取本院收治的先天性漏斗胸的患者96例,随机分为研究组和对照组;研究组采用VATS配合NUSS术治疗,对照组采用,记录两组NUSS围术期的血压、心率、手术时间、出血量、住院时间以及ICU滞留时间,术后对患者进行3个月随访,统计早期疗效及术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组患者围术期手术时间、出血量、住院时间明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血压、心率、ICU滞留时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组疗效优良率、M-SSQ总分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VATS联合NUSS术治疗先天性漏斗胸的近期疗效较好,术后并发症少,安全有效。

Objective： To explore recent curative effects of VATS combing with NUSS on congenital pectus excavatum and to investigate its incidence of complications. Methods： A total of 96 patients with congenital pectus excavatum treated in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was treated with VATS and NUSS, and control group was treatedwith NUSS alone. Perioperative blood pressure, heart rate, operation time, blood loss volume, hospital stay length, and ICU retention time were recorded. 3-month follow-up was conducted to record the re- cent curative effects and incidence of complication. Results： Operation time, blood loss volume and hospital stay length of the study group was significant shorter and less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. But no significant difference in blood pressure, heart rate, ICU retention time was observed between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. The rate of good curative effect, the M - SSQ scores were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Incidence of postoperative complication of the study group was significant lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： With advantages of low incidence of complications, and great safety, VATS combined with NUSS shows good recent curative effects on congenital pectus exca- vatum.
