目的:针对不同结构原理的高清腹腔镜系统进行研究,为医院合理配置高清腹腔镜系统提供理论依据。方法 :探讨光学高清腹腔镜系统(IMAGE 1 SPIES)和电子高清腹腔镜系统(Visera Elite)的系统配置、技术原理、临床应用及选型论证。结果:光学技术和电子技术都能实现高清效果,但在色彩真实度、色差等技术上存在差异性。结论:IMAGE 1SPIES和Visera Elite作为当前最先进的高清腹腔镜系统各有优势,医院应根据成本、技术水平、专业方向合理选择性价比高的高清腹腔镜系统。

Objective To study HD laparoscopic systems with different structures to lay a foundation for their allocation in the hospital. Methods IMAGE 1 SPIES and Visera Elite were explored for the system configuration, technical principle, clinical application and selection demonstration. Results Optical technology and electronic technology behaved well in high-definition effect while had differences in color difference and etc. Conclusion Each of IMAGE 1 SPIES and Visera Elite gains its own advantages, and the hospital has to choose the HD laparoscopic system according to the cost, technical level, professional direction and etc.
