The epidemiological features of giant cell tumor （GCT） were introduced, and its clinical manifestations, pathological manifestations and grading were also reviewed. The imaging features, clinical treatment, recurrence, metastasis and differential diagnosis were discussed in detail to provide references for other clinician.
