新军事变革下军队卫生装备研发的几点思考

Development of military medical equipment in era of new military revolution

从装备研发、人才队伍、评价体系3个方面结合,美军卫生装备研发与管理的先进做法与经验介绍,对比分析了新军事变革下国内军队卫生装备建设与发展中存在的问题,提出了大力研发部队急需的卫生装备、锻造复合型的研发队伍、建立科学的评价体系等建议,以期为提升国内军队卫生装备的研发水平与效能提供借鉴和参考。

The experience of US army in military medical equipment development and management was mtroouceO trom the aspects of equipment development, personnel training and evaluation system. The problems of military medical equipment in China were analyzed in the era of new military revolution, and some suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the development and efficacy of military medical equipment of the PLA, including developing medical equipment meeting the emergency requirements of the troops, training personnel for equipment development and establishin~ reliable evaluation system.
