军队医学计量工作现状分析及对策探讨

Present situation and countermeasures for military medical metrology

介绍了军队医学计量工作的发展现状及存在的实际问题,从编制、职能、装备信息化等几个方面进行了探讨分析。针对存在的问题,提出了突出管理与保障体系军事特色、确保技术人员队伍稳定、理清岗位职能职责、加强检测报告时效性、加速测量标准器创新升级等对策,为全面提升军事医学计量水平,建设一个现代化、机动化、具备战时应急保障和伴随保障能力的新型军事医学计量检测机构提供了参考。

The present situation and problems of military medical metrology were discussed from the aspects of organiza- tion, function and equipment informatization. Some countermeasures were proposed accordingly, including enhancing mili- tary components in management and support system, keeping the stability of technician, determining post responsibility, emphasizing the timeliness of inspection report, upgrading of standard instrument and etc.
