目的:设计一种医疗设备的费用管理方法,为医疗设备管理提供数据支持。方法:引入全生命周期费用管理方法,并将其应用到医疗设备管理工作中。结果:实现了医疗设备全生命周期费用管理,达到了减少医院设备重复投资、提高设备使用效率、提升医疗机构服务能力和水平的目标。结论:利用全生命周期费用管理方法能够为医院新购设备、分析医疗设备质量、安全运营、成本效益分析等设备管理工作提供科学和有效的依据。

Objective To propose a medical equipment cost management method to provide data support to medical equip- ment management. Methods Life circle cost management method was introduced into ＂medical equipment management. Results The repeated investement on hospital equipment was decreased, while the efficiency of medical equipment was in- creased. Conclusion Life circle cost management may be used for the demonstration of hospital equipment purchase, medi- cal equipment quality analysis, cost benefit analysis and etc.
