辅导员作为高职教师队伍的重要组成部分,是开展高职德育工作的主干力量,一名高职辅导员,参与德育工作的对策是否得当,将直接影响着德育工作的成效,影响着学生的品格养成和全面成长。高职辅导员要提高德育工作的效力,需要认真研究方法和对策。

Counselors,as an important part of faculty members in higher occupational colleges,are the main work force of the mor-al education. The countermeasures they take to participate in the moral education work will directly affect the effectiveness of the moral education,as well as the cultivation and comprehensive development of college students’ character. In order to improve the effectiveness of the moral education work,higher occupational college counselors have to study the relevant methods and countermeasures seriously.
