摘要
空气包覆是一个运用新的组合特点将两种或更多的纱线组合成均匀纱线的过程。这种纱线制织的织物穿着舒适,并可通过改变纱线弹性满足不同的成品要求。空气包覆纱可用以生产不同风格、手感及功能的织物,可根据其性能设计机织物及针织物。研究了气压对聚酯和氨纶空气包覆纱不同性能的影响。分别使用392、588、785 k Pa的气压生产纱线。结果表明:纱线线密度、线圈密度、线圈稳定性及聚酯纱含量随气压的增大而增加。
Air-covering is a process of combining 2 or more yarns to create unique yarns with new combination of eharaeleristies. they are comfortable to wear and can modify their elasticity to fit different end-products. Air-covered yarns can be used to produce fabrics of varying styles, hands and function,s, and can be designed for woven as well as knitted fabrics aceording to their properties. In this study, the influence of air pressure on various properties of polyester and elastane air-covered yarn was researched. In this study yarns were produced with different levels of air pressure i.e. 392, 588, 785 kPa. The rest, Its showed that linear density of produced yarn, loop density, loop slability and the polyester yarn content increases with air pressure.
