薄型丝绸面料在服装加工中的工艺技术研究

Technical skill research on thin silk fabric in garment production

从服装实际生产角度,结合服装加工中的相关理论研究成果,对薄型丝绸面料在预处理、裁剪、缝纫和整烫等服装加工环节出现的疵病及影响因素进行了分析和研究。研究表明:丝绸面料经预缩水可保证产品尺寸规格的稳定;正确的排料、铺布和裁剪可有效防止色差、勾丝、断纱等疵病的产生;丝绸面料特性的合理选择及工艺技巧的运用可极大减少起皱、抽丝、纰裂等现象发生;完善的整烫包装流程能显著提升服装品质。

In garment practical production, combining with the related theory in tailoring, the flaws and influence factors in tailoring process, such as fabric preprocessing, cutting, sewing and ironing, were analysed and researched. It showed that silk fabric could guarantee the stability of product size specifications after shrinking, and correct methods in discharging, paving cloth and tailoring could effectively prevent the aberration, snagging, yarn breakage; reasonable selection and use of craft technique in silk fabrie could greatly reduce corrugation, laddering, splitting, and through process in pressing and packaging could promote garment quality obviously.
