摘要 文章基于ADAMS/Car模块建立FSAE赛车整车模型,通过虚拟稳态回转仿真试验,表明该赛车具有极轻微的不足转向特性,验证了模型的准确性;通过虚拟蛇形穿越仿真试验,验证赛车在过弯、抗侧倾和抗侧滑等方面均具有良好的操纵稳定性;借助悬架数据采集系统,进行实车蛇形穿越试验数据采集分析,通过与虚拟蛇形穿越仿真曲线对比分析研究,为赛车操控性调校及优化设计提供有效建议。 Based on ADAMS/Car module, the vehicle simulation model of FSAE racing car was built. The result of constant radius corner virtual simulation showed that the model had high accuracy and that the car had a very slight understeer characteristic. The good performance of steering, anti-roll and anti-skid was verified through Fish Hook virtual simulation. With the suspension data acquisition system, the real Fish Hook experiment was done, the data obtained through the test was compared with the virtual simulation results, and some useful suggestions through comparative research were proposed for the vehicle handling tuning and optimization design.
