摘要
文章运用基于变密度法的拓扑优化技术和形状优化技术,结合工程设计经验,在现有防爆密闭门的基础上,设计开发了新型防爆密闭门。新型防爆密闭门在抗爆炸冲击性能不减弱的前提下,主体结构质量减小了14%。文章还提供了一套典型的优化设计技术指导产品结构设计的正向开发流程和经典案例,可对其他产品的正向开发、结构优化设计起指导作用。
By using the topology and shape optimization methods based on variable density approach and according to the experience of structure design, a new kind of airtight blast door is developed in this paper. The weight of the main component of this kind of door is 14% smaller than that of the existing airtight blast door without reducing the anti blast and impact performance. The typical optimization method and the example presented in the paper are useful for the original development and optimization design of other products.
