新型木质陶瓷的制备及其对含磷废水吸附效果 被引量:1

摘要 文章以小麦秸秆为原料,通过添加不同比例的凹凸棒石和针铁矿以提高木质陶瓷的力学性能和磁选性能,添加少量的环氧树脂作为黏结剂,按照不同质量配比混合均匀后,热压成型,在不同温度(600、700、800、900、1 000℃)和氮气保护气氛下焙烧,同步完成生物质碳化、凹凸棒石热活化、针铁矿的还原,获得了基于纳米矿物的新型木质陶瓷。对不同配比的复合材料的气孔率、比表面积、残炭率等性能进行了测试和分析;重点研究了在相同条件下(包括溶液量、浓度、吸附时间、振荡速度、固液比等),利用该木质陶瓷对含磷废水进行的吸附试验。结果表明,在900℃下烧结的的木质陶瓷(m(麦秸)∶m(凹凸棒石)∶m(针铁矿石)=3∶1∶1)对废水中磷的吸附效果最佳,去除率达98.04%。 In this paper, taking the wheat straw as raw material, a new type of woodceramics based on nano minerals was obtained. Different proportions of attapulgite and goethite were added in order to improve the mechanical properties and magnetic properties of woodceramics, a small amount of epoxy resin was used as a binder, and then the materials were mixed according to different mass ratio. Thermoforming and calcining at different temperatures(600, 700, 800, 900, 1 000 ℃) and under nitrogen atmosphere were carried out, and then carbonization of biomass, attapulgite heat-activation and goethite reduction were synchronously completed. The porosity, specific surface area, carbon yield ratio and other properties of the composite with different proportions were tested and analyzed. Under the same conditions including solution volume, concentration, adsorption time, shaking speed, solid-liquid ratio, etc. , the test on the use of woodceramics for the treatment of phosphorus wastewater was conducted. The results showed that 900 ℃ fired woodceramics(m (straw): m(attapulgite) : m (pin ore)=3 : 1 : 1) had optimal adsorption effect of phosphorus in wastewater and the removal rate was 98. 04 %.
